The residency has been a great time of equipping and preparation, and I am very grateful for it! I would do it again in a heartbeat and am looking forward to seeing all the others equipped and sent by it.

RESIDENCY FOUNDATIONS
Kingdom Theology
Understanding our place and mission in the “already but not yet”; building a biblical theology around the inaugurated Kingdom of God.
Apostolic Tradition
Following the Apostle Paul’s example to fulfill the Great Commission. We do this by raising up apostolic leaders who help maintain the church’s movement orientation.
Hands-On Experience
Learning more about our calling as disciple-makers by stepping out of the “classroom” and applying missiological strategy in our own backyards. Step out of the boat to become a fisher of men.
Long-Term Sending
Sending apostolic teams—“sent ones” —who support local pastors and leaders in unreached areas where the kingdom of darkness has significant strongholds.
Movement Oriented
Disrupting the kingdom of darkness requires the church to act urgently and pursue movement. Sustaining a movement requires a clear focus on making disciples and establishing churches.
Contextualization
Setting aside our own cultural practices to present the gospel in a pure and complete way. This is so people of all cultures may hear, understand, and obey in their own culture.
